One-Time Home Nursing Visit — $250
The postpartum period is as blurry as it gets, and most new parents have lots of questions! With a home visit, we bring the support to you and allow you to focus on caring for your baby. Our home nursing visit includes:
Weight check and evaluation of weight gain for your newborn
Breastfeeding assessment and guidance

Pediatric Home Visit Package — $3500
(First Year)
Give your children the care they need from the comfort of your home! Our first year pediatric home care package includes:
10 total in-home physician visits:
2 newborn weight checks by physician
5 well baby visits
3 acute care visits
Additional weight checks by a nurse as needed
Developmental screenings
Routine immunizations and blood work
Anticipatory guidance for parents
Age-appropriate vision and hearing screens
24/7 access to your doctor via phone, email, and patient messenger
Pediatric Home Visit Package — $2,500 (Annual Fee, Ages 1-18) per year
Give your children the care they need from the comfort of your home! Our annual pediatric home care package includes:
7 total in-home physician visits, including well child check-ups and acute care
Developmental screenings
Routine immunizations and blood work
Anticipatory guidance for parents
Age-appropriate vision and hearing screens
24/7 access to your doctor via phone, email, and patient messenger
