  • After-visit follow up phone call from physician

One-Time Well Child Check up Home Visit — $500

  • Developmental screenings

  • Routine immunizations and blood work

  • Anticipatory guidance for parents

  • Age-appropriate vision and hearing screens

One-Time Home Nursing Visit — $250

The postpartum period is as blurry as it gets, and most new parents have lots of questions! With a home visit, we bring the support to you and allow you to focus on caring for your baby. Our home nursing visit includes:

  • Weight check and evaluation of weight gain for your newborn

  • Breastfeeding assessment and guidance
