Pediatric Home Care Package
Pediatric Home Care — $2,500 per child per year
Give your children the care they need from the comfort of your home! Our annual pediatric home care package includes:
In-home newborn weight checks and regular well child checks
Developmental screenings
Routine immunizations and blood work
Anticipatory guidance for parents
Age-appropriate vision and hearing screens
Up to 8 acute care appointments for illness per year
24/7 access to your doctor via phone, email, and text
