For families who enroll together, the monthly cost is capped at $550 per month.

*For the purposes of this price limit, a family is generally defined as one or two adults and their dependents under 26. We know that each family is unique - if you have questions about how this applies to your family group, feel free to ask!

    • Routine physicals, health screening exams, well child checks, and school/camp/sports physicals

    • Illness and urgent care visits

    • Telehealth remote care when you are out of town

    • Specialty referrals, and follow up after those visits

    • Appropriate developmental and behavioral screenings

    • Counseling and guidance

    • Evaluation and medication management for common chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, asthma, allergies, skin conditions, and arthritis

    • Mental health consults and medication management: ADHD, depression, anxiety

    • Phone calls

    • Emails

    • Video chats

    • Patient portal messaging

  • Primary care labs are covered by membership when ordered by Doctor Ryan. For some specialized labs there may be an additional lab fee, but this would be discussed with you ahead of time.

    We can process lab orders from external providers on a case-by-case basis depending on how specialized the labs are. Extremely specialized labs may need to be run through insurance.

    • Administration of routine vaccines

    • Wart removal

    • Laceration repair

    • Abscess drainage

    • IUD and Nexplanon placement

    • Newborn circumcision

    • Tongue tie release, or frenectomy (infant only)

    • Knee, shoulder, and hip bursa injections (adult only)

    • Botulinum toxin (“Botox”) injections at discounted rates (adult only)

    • Routine foot care
