A personalized medication consult is a dedicated, in-depth visit focused on starting or optimizing prescription therapies that require thoughtful evaluation, education, and ongoing guidance. This appointment is ideal when you want more than a quick prescription - you want a customized, medically guided plan.
The $500 fee includes the initial consultation appointment and a 3 month care plan:
Comprehensive medical history review
Review of current medications and supplements
Symptom-based evaluation
Lab review if applicable, and additional standard hormone labs upon patient request
Personalized treatment recommendations
Education on treatment risks, benefits, and expectations
Prescription management when appropriate
A follow up visit at 1 to 3 months to make sure that the care plan is succeeding
Follow up visits, labs, and medications are billed separately unless otherwise noted. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription — recommendations are based on medical appropriateness and safety.

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
Hormone therapy can support symptoms related to perimenopause or menopause, low testosterone, fatigue, brain fog, mood changes, sleep disruption, and low libido.
Common hormones discussed include estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and DHEA (in select cases).
HRT is not one size fits all. Dosing, delivery method, and monitoring are individualized. We focus on safe, evidence-based hormone optimization, using FDA-approved and compounded options when appropriate.

Thyroid Optimization
Thyroid dysfunction can contribute to fatigue, weight changes, hair thinning, cold intolerance, brain fog, and mood symptoms.
We evaluate TSH, free T3, free T4, and thyroid antibodies when appropriate. We focus on symptom patterns, not labs alone.
Treatment may include medication (levothyroxine), combination T3/T4 therapy, or desiccated thyroid in select patients.
Compounded Topical Creams for Pain
Compounded creams may be helpful for joint pain, muscle pain, nerve pain, and localized inflammation.
They can include combinations of anti-inflammatory medications, muscle relaxants, neuropathic agents, and anesthetics.
Topical treatment allows targeted relief with less systemic exposure.
